If TNM Online Solutions Pvt Ltd is unable to deliver the project within the agreed timeline due to reasons attributable to us:

• The client may request a refund of the amount paid for the undelivered project.

• The refund process will be initiated after a thorough review of the circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

• In case of any issues regarding project fulfilment, we encourage clients to reach out to our support team to resolve the issue amicably. If you need to, disputes will be handled according to the terms in the service agreement.
